I am so dreadfully tired of all these “"antis”“ who think that it’s charming and noble to dictate to other people what stories they’re allowed to tell and how they are and are not allowed to play make believe.
It’s not charming. It’s tedious and tiresome.

cradle ship: A ship between an a child character and an adult character
It’s a term for a type of age gap ship so you can more easily filter out or search for those types of ships

Thank you for not being a jerk to people who write or draw things that you don’t like.

yo, shoutout to people in fandom with super random, weird, and extremely cringey ships.
you ship rainbow dash with spongebob? fucking VALID my guy.
π Thank you to all shippers in fandom who spread kindness and joy!
π Thank you to all shippers in fandom who spend their time celebrating the things they love!
π Thank you to all shippers in fandom who create with joy, and support other creators!
Thank you for making fandom and the world better!
We have seen people with familial F/Os, best friend F/Os and other platonic F/Os.
We’ve also seen people say things like “i ship these two characters as friends” but that’s not how the term is commonly understood in fandom, and if you say you ship two characters without any other context, people will assume that you mean romantically.
Beyond that, we’ll leave the rest of the question to any wonderful aro followers we have, or any aros who want to chime in– because the primary fronters in our system are hypersexual and hyperromantic, and we don’t feel comfortable speaking for aros on how to relate ships or self ships in the context of aromaticism.
Antis: who do you trust to be in charge of censoring out things that you find harmful, without censoring things that you don’t find harmful, but others may?
Please answer, remembering that you can not personally be in charge of this. This is a genuine question.
Is there an authority that you trust to censor out what you consider harmful depictions of dark or sexual topics, who you also trust not to censor all art about abuse and suffering, and trust not to censor all depictions of queer relationships?
