People who put dnis on their posts but only for proshippers make me nervous tbhLike. That’s the one you’re most worried about? Not bigots? Not terfs who are absolutely rampant on this site unfortunately? You know, the two things that used to be on most performative dnis by default? Sure, I don’t think DNIs actually work against anyone who’s truly a problem, but to me it feels so telling that some folks are now not making threats or banners against anything else. It’s a real said the quiet part out loud moment. The quiet part being “I think people who ship stuff I don’t like are worse than actual bigots” or “this message is entirely performative and I don’t actually care about making the world safer for anyone”

But you know the second a nasty “proshipper” does they’re swinging for the fences.

Totally unsurprised,, but, the account from this is also following and liking SHITTON of TERFs, anti-pan folks, and general shitty exclusionists too. It’s like, sad, but also pretty much an admission these people are fascists. :v

I find it interesting how antis wanna say that they’re not a cult and that people who do call them a cult are being disrespectful to cult survivors, when I see no difference from them and the cult I was raised in.So any antis out there that may be reading this, y’all are no different from Jehovah’s Witnesses. You force your messages down people’s throats, you shame everyone for having sexual thoughts that you don’t consider the right kind, you police your own to the point that you encourage fucking shunning of friends and family if they don’t align with your beliefs, and even threatened to shun your own if they don’t comply.

Turn off anons, and turn off or delete comments. Make yourself boring and unavailable to them until they get bored and go bother somebody else, unfortunately.

Fancops think of blocking someone as a punishment on the person who they are blocking.

That’s why they act like they’re being aggressed on when they find out someone has blocked them.

They don’t relate to blocking someone as a positive curation of their own space, they relate to it as a negative punishment they do to bad people.
