Sure, I don’t think DNIs actually work against anyone who’s truly a problem, but to me it feels so telling that some folks are now not making threats or banners against anything else. It’s a real said the quiet part out loud moment. The quiet part being “I think people who ship stuff I don’t like are worse than actual bigots” or “this message is entirely performative and I don’t actually care about making the world safer for anyone”
