Some people like to ascribe an inability to do harm to children, like some people like to ascribe an inability to do harm to women.
What’s important to remember is anyone who says that someone has no ability to do harm is casting that person as a perpetual victim; as well as robbing them of having agency.

If someone tells you that your class of people has no ability to do harm, ask yourself what vested interest they have in you having no agency.

I don’t know how to explain to antis that they are not normal for getting themselves all twisted up and panicked about the moral lives of, and harm done to, fictional characters.

It’s not important to be normal, but it’s absolutely normal to not care that people write about bad things and taboo topics.
Policing what other people write and draw and obsessing over other people’s morals is not normal.

I have not seen once that it’s okay to be attracted to children or animals. I’ve seen people promoting problematic content between FICTIONAL characters, but that’s about it. Fictional.
I understand and echo your concern with people saying that it’s “okay to have sex with underage f/o’s” but the main issue is… Are they aging them up? Because being attracted to an underage character that you’ve aged up is entirely different.
I have never once seen nsfw on the proship/anti-anti tag. Especially not with the “minors can interact” tag. If there is, then yes, that’s a serious issue, but I can assure you that most of the people I know in the community would find this to be a huge issue.
