What bothers me the most about antis calling me a pedophile, is that I love children and would rather end my own life than to see the same thing that happened to me happen to a child.I still fucking cry thinking about kids who have dealt with what I did. An abusive family, bullying, molestation, etc. And I’m starting to age regress as a response to all of that? Yeah no, antis got me fucked up to think I’d ever hurt a kid in the same way I was for ever sick pleasure they think I’d get out of it over my taste in fiction.

That’s a whole mood, anon. As someone else who experienced child abuse, the idea of children coming to harm is absolutely repellent to me.

I want to be clear that when I say something like “I hate children” what I really mean is I’m uncomfortable being around them due to my trauma and mental illnesses not interacting well with the way children behave and the needs they have.

The way antis call all proshippers pedos is deliberately reductive on their part; its dehumanizing. (They see pedophiles as subhuman monsters)

So we’re at a relative’s house right now, and there are some delightful small children running around downstairs and screaming in what I can only assume is childish glee.

And we just have to wonder if antis would call us pedos so often if they knew that we absolutely can’t stand being around children. V_V

We’re childfree for a reason.
