This is completely random, but I just saw an anti reblog a post with “if you’re a proshipper your f/os hate you”. And while I know that isn’t true by any stretch of the means, it still hurt to read… Why do antis have to be so damn hateful all the time? They try to pass themselves off as loving and kind, but the only thing I’ve ever seen from them is hate and cruelty.

They’re bullies, and they’re trying to be as hurtful as possible.

They believe that cruelty is a punishment, and that punishment is deserved or even corrective for what they perceive as bad behavior.

When antis are hateful and mean to people they see it as a form of vigilante justice.

They perceive being cruel as good and right and just and morally correct.
