Tag Archives: panic attacks

i was about to reblog this but. idk i dont wanna like. show my followers My Issues but i just wanted to add my piece to this, if thats okayi find that holding in panic attacks tends to “pack them in” in my own head. like, i feel like the longer i ignore the need to breakdown, the more it sort of buries itself in and becomes harder to let out- like its digging roots in and becoming more a part of my unconscious than my conscious. So, i try to like- let strong emotions out as soon as possible, even if that means suddenly running to the bathroom at work for somewhere private aack

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I can definitely see how for some people, keeping it down for any length of time can just make it worse. I think it many cases it depends on the person.

The most important thing, I think is that it is best, when possible, to let your big emotions out in private when you can.
