Imagine going rowing with your F/O.

There’s a warm breeze and the scent of flowers in the air; the water of the pond is still, and clear as crystal, letting you and your F/O see the small fish that swim about in your little boat’s wake.

You sit across from one another, smiling at each other as you row out to the middle of the pond, and then sit there, drifting gently, holding each other’s hands and chatting idly.

Floating on the water, under the shade of hanging trees, you and your F/O still a kiss.

Imagine being held by your F/O.

No really, imagine it. After you read this, close your eyes and hold it in your mind.

Consider the feel of their body against yours.

Think about how they hold you, where they put their arms.

Is their body warm against yours? Can you feel their breath?

How does their clothing feel as it brushes over your skin?

Are there any places where their bare skin touches yours?

Do you get a sense of their personal scent as they hold you?

Do they hold you loosely, and brush their hands over you?

Do they squeeze you tightly to them?

Imagine being held by your F/O.

Imagine taking a nap with your F/O.

The two of you are curled up together, limbs entangled, relaxed and comfortable against each other.

You’re lulled softly to sleep by the gentle presence of each other’s bodies.

Imagine your F/O reading to you.

Maybe you’re in a handsome drawing room library, sitting next to one another in high backed chairs near a cozy fireplace.

Maybe you’re in a cute living room, the lights low, snuggled half on top of one another on the comfortable couch.

Maybe you’re outdoors on a warm day, sitting shoulder to shoulder on a blanket under the branches of a large tree, the remains of a picnic lunch around you.

Maybe you’re in your bedroom, snuggled deep under your covers, with your pillows just so, and they’re sitting next to you on the edge of the bed.

Maybe they read you poetry, or read you a novel, or read you your favorite book from when you were younger.

Imagine waking up from a nightmare, and you F/O being right there for you.

Theys scoop you into their arms, smooth your hair, and soothe your nerves, reassuring you that it was just a bad dream, and that they’re there for you.

Imagine your F/O noticing that you’re upset.

They drape their arms around you from behind, and kiss all over your ears and the back of your neck.

They hold you tight and promise you whatever is wrong they want to be there for you, and make it alright.
