Honestly Slenderman being a predator kinda just flew over my head probably because I wasn’t thinking about sex but just murder. That and I also learned about Slenderman in the 2010s(the peak of creepypasta)when he had like hundreds of different adaptations about him with the most popular being based on a German folktale of some kinda grim reaper(although that was debunked recently).
