What are your favorite things about the ship?
Gloom girl and sunshine girl but they’re both fucked up. Just a couple of goblins. Battle couple.
Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?
Komaru is not normal, she’s just as fucked up and can be just as much of a bitch as Toko, and that’s what makes the ship work.

Why don’t you ship it?
Just don’t feel the chemistry. Both of them have such intense chemistry with other characters, and we just don’t feel it there between them, even in Vendetta when they’re kind of at each other’s throats.
I’m not saying they’ve never screwed around with one another, but if so it’s definitely more of a ‘yiu were there and I was horny’ situation than anything I’d consider a ship.
What would have made you like it?
Probably if we saw them spend more time together and they had spent more time together and developed more of a rapport.
I think there’s definitely potential for them early on if we learn into Leon as the funny man and Chris as the straight man. But by the time they meet in canon Leon’s too fucked up to play the goofball.
Alternately, Leon taking charge in the relationship and putting Chris in his place would sell us on it.
Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it?
They sure as hell look good together.

We can’t imagine not shipping it. We were introduced to Spider Man comics when we were like, six, and it was canon then. It should be canon no, no matter what stupid current editors say.
But let me share a moment with you. It’s from a Spider Man / X-Men crossover novel from the 90s.
Peter, Mary Jane, and their infant daughter are at the zoo. Peter is reflecting on how far he’s come, and how lucky he is.
And then the whole reality is wiped out in an instant.
The line the scene ends lingers in memory. Face it tiger, you just lost it all.

An anonymous asker on tumblr asked if we shipped it! None of us had ever thought about it before, and after we did, we decided it was definitely a thing.
What are your favorite things about the ship?
We’re suckers for codependant sibling relationships. Chris and Claire grew up with nobody but each other so there’s a lot of powerful emotion there. We also love Chris more being the soft one, and Claire being the tough one in the relationship.

Pretty sure the whole ship is wildly unpopular due to shipcest. I’d say my unpopular opinion is it should be canon 😉

Why don’t you ship it?
I couldn’t get all the way through the game they’re from because I found all the characters really frustrating and grating, and then I found out the spoilers and the whole thing seemed pointless anyway.
What would have made you like it?
If the characters were written with more nuance maybe? I don’t know, I don’t even really remember any character moments between these two, so I couldn’t say.
Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it?
I am sure that the fans do a lot more with the pairing in fanfiction and fanart than the game bothered to.
