Hot take. I think the situation with bilibili editing the dragon maid characters breasts to be smaller is blatant misogyny. People editing somebody’s horny art to have smaller breasts is misogyny. I don’t care if the breasts were made to be big for sexual reasons. People are sending a message to women with huge breasts that they are inherently sexual, and thus need to be edited out.
Editing a depiction of a character’s body to make it more “acceptable” to you is body shaming. Full Stop.

Also I personally believe it is always wrong to edit another artist’s work to make it more “acceptable” to you in general.
To throw my two cents into the sex ed and how sex is viewed conversation as well. I was groomed online a lot when I was a minor. (Specifically 12 and under) Sexuality was completely suppressed for me. Despite exploration and masturbation both being completely normal feelings, even in minors, it was always completely discouraged. Not even just “oh you don’t need to have sex at your age” but also being caught masturbating and being told it was inappropriate. That it was wrong. And I had no view of sex outside of this, no sex ed classes discussing how those feelings were completely natural/normal. So, I was told this was wrong and bad by every trusted adult in my life. Yet I still had those feelings. But you know who didn’t treat masturbation and sexual feelings as inherently immoral? Groomers. Groomers operate a lot on taking people’s feelings that they’re shamed and discouraged for and making them feel “understood.” If more safe adults recognized those feelings are normal and didn’t shame youth for them, grooming would (at least a little bit) be less likely to occur.
